Parag Anand is an Industrial Designer with a Masters Degree in Design from IIT, Delhi and has also trained at the TU Delft, the Netherlands. He was the co-founder of 5th Quadrant Design and has more than 20 years of experience in the field. He has undertaken a variety of projects in the field of Product and Communication Design and is a keen academician with interests ranging from System to Social Design. He has been visiting faculty at premier international institutes and is currently Head of Industrial Design at SPA, New Delhi.

His work has been widely recognized including a two Red Dot Design Awards. Parag’s current area of research focuses on application of next generation technology for development of sustainable products to address grassroot level issues.
